How to Use
Nutrela Soya Mini Chunks need to be rehydrated before use. Here's a common method:
Boiling Method (Recommended for best results):
Rinse 1 cup of Nutrela Soya Mini Chunks 2-3 times in water and drain.
Add 3 cups of water and a pinch of salt (optional, avoid for sweet dishes) to a pan.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the soya chunks.
Boil for 3-5 minutes on medium heat until they become soft and expanded.
Drain the water completely.
Crucially, press and squeeze the chunks very well between your palms to remove all excess water. This step is important to eliminate any "after smell" and allows the chunks to better absorb the flavors of your dish.
The rehydrated mini chunks are now ready to be used in your recipes.
Once rehydrated, Nutrela Soya Mini Chunks can be added to:
Curries (soya mini chunk curry, added to mixed vegetable curries)
Biryanis and Pulao
Stir-fries
Snacks (soya mini cutlets, soya chaat, crispy fried soya)
Soups, salads, and wraps
Can also be used as a filling for rolls or in macaroni/pasta dishes.
