6. Return & Replacement Policy
   • It is mandatory to check all grocery and food-related items with the delivery boy at the time of delivery.
   • Once the delivery is completed and the delivery boy leaves, no returns or replacements will be accepted for grocery, fruits, vegetables, or any food-related items.
   • For all other non-food items, any replacement or return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Returns and replacements will only be accepted if the item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
   • Quality or quantity complaints related to grocery or food items will not be entertained after delivery completion.
7. Prohibited Activities

   You agree not to:

   • Use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
   • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website/app.
8. Intellectual Property

   All content, branding, and materials on INDIANMALL are the property of the company and protected under copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeline
   • Groceries, Fruits & Vegetables: Delivered on the same day of ordering, depending on your location and the time of the order placement.
   • Other Products (e.g., kitchen items, electronics, home essentials): Delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

   Note: Delivery time may vary due to factors like product availability, holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays.

2. Delivery Charges
   • Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during checkout before payment.
   • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).
3. Delivery Areas
   • Currently, we deliver in selected local areas. We are expanding our delivery zones gradually.
   • You will be notified if delivery is not available in your area at the time of checkout.
4. Order Tracking
   • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates via SMS/Email.
   • You may also track your order status from your account on the website/app.

Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods Accepted

   We accept the following modes of payment:

   • UPI (Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, etc.)
   • Credit/Debit Cards
   • Net Banking
   • Wallets
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only for eligible orders and areas.
2. Payment Security
   • All online transactions are processed securely through trusted and encrypted payment gateways.
   • We do not store any card or UPI details on our servers.
3. Payment Confirmation
   • You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is successful.
   • In case of any payment failure, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds on Cancellations
   • If your order is cancelled (by you or by us), the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
