Refund and Return Policy

A. Ready-to-Eat Food Items

  • No Return/Replacement/Refund.
  • Vendor solely responsible for taste, temperature, condition issues.

B. Grocery Items

  • Replacement only for damaged packaging, wrong or expired items (proof required).
  • No refunds; must request replacement at delivery time only.

C. Clothing & Fashion Products

  • Return & Replacement within 3 days if unused, unwashed, with tags.
  • Refunds only upon successful return.

D. Electronics & Home Appliances

  • Replacement only for manufacturing defects or wrong product; contact support within 48 hours.
  • No refunds.

2. Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off

Place orders before 8:00 PM for same-day delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

Confirmation via message/call received after order placement with slot assigned based on availability.

4. Product Availability

Customer informed if any item unavailable with alternatives suggested.

5. Returns Policy

Returns accepted only at delivery for wrong or damaged items. No returns/exchanges after acceptance.

Seller Terms & Conditions - INDIAN MALL

1. Seller Registration

All sellers must register on the platform with accurate & complete info (GST, PAN, Address, Contact).

False/misleading info may cause suspension or termination without notice.

2. Product Listing

Products must be listed under correct categories with accurate details, original, and copyright compliant.

3. Pricing & Discounts

Seller sets prices within MRP limits and can offer discounts as per policy.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Timely packaging & dispatch required; groceries same-day delivery, appliances dispatch within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns/refunds per Indian Mall policy. Food items may not be returnable except damaged or expired.

6. Commission & Payouts

2% commission charged on sales; payouts weekly/monthly after deductions.

7. Product Quality & Compliance

Maintain quality and comply with legal regulations. Non-compliance may lead to delisting.

8. Prohibited Products

Illegal, counterfeit, expired or restricted items strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

INIDAN MALL may terminate accounts for policy violations, poor service, or legal reasons.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved amicably, or under Chandrapur courts jurisdiction.

Operator Terms & Conditions

1. Working Hours

  • Operator’s duty timing will be from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Shifts typically 8 hours, may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs.
  • Flexibility expected as deliveries run throughout the day.

2. Discipline & Punctuality

  • Reporting on time is mandatory. Repeated delays, absenteeism, or negligence not tolerated.
  • Planned leave must be informed in advance.

3. Responsibilities

  • Carry out responsibilities honestly and efficiently.
  • Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
  • Handle products with care during loading and delivery.

4. Uniform & ID

Mandatory to wear company-issued uniform and carry ID card during duty hours.

5. Confidentiality Clause

Sharing business information, customer data, or internal matters with outsiders is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination Policy

Misconduct, rule violation, or negligence may lead to immediate termination.

7. No Other Work During Duty Hours

Operators are not allowed to engage in outside or personal work during their shift.

8. Investment Notice

The company is investing in building the business; operators expected to work with full responsibility and dedication.
